Villa Punta Prima offers you luxury in a relaxed environment. Here you live privately with proximity to most things. This luxurious villa has 5 beautiful and varied rooms decorated to a high hotel standard, with a calming and atmospheric touch. All rooms have double beds, private bathrooms. There is a large kitchen and dining area in the villa. Indoors you will find a fantastic industrial kitchen and a dining room with incredible space and beamed ceilings. End the evening in the lounge in front of one of the villa's two fireplaces. Large terraces, heated pool and living room, several patios, an outdoor kitchen, privacy and a large pool area make it a fantastic holiday home and hideaway.

 KitchenFully equipped black kitchen with cast-in-place concrete countertops. The kitchen has, among other things, two refrigerators, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Here you have rustic and durable floors and walls. The ceiling is made of black bamboo. Through the glass door you reach the house's laundry room

 Dining room

 The dining room has a built-in dining table that can be arranged according to need and purpose. There is a coffee station and a small private seating area to have your morning coffee. The dining room has a ceiling height of five meters and beams in the ceiling. A mighty fireplace is in the middle of the room. Industrial glass separates the dining room from the kitchen and living room.

 The lounge

 A perfect start or end to the day takes place in the lounge. Sink into one of the leather armchairs in front of the fireplace with a book and leave everyday life in this hideaway.

 The bedrooms

 Tastefully furnished to a high standard. Villa Punta Prima offers you five double bedrooms. In four of the rooms it is possible to add an additional bed.

 The furnishings are carefully selected and when we renovated and created the rooms we tried to preserve as much as possible. For example, old doors have become headboards and the old garage door an interior wall.

 Pool area

 The pool, which is 3x6 meters, is heated surrounded by lush palm trees and plants. Here you can now enjoy and relax on one of the sun loungers or relax in the shade on the daybed. The heated pool is built in large cement slabs that provide a turquoise water. The pool has a seating area and slopes to a depth of about 180 cm. Adjacent to the pool is also the outdoor shower in gold.

 Outdoors

 The covered outdoor dining area has two long tables built from the villa's former front doors. In the dining room you will also find a long black kitchen bench with a stove and sink in black brass. Above the long tables there are ceiling fans for warm and long evenings. The barbecue and herb garden are on a private wooden deck. Behind the herb garden there is a dining table under the parasol, perfect for a morning coffee. Next to the barbecue there is a built-in bench where the oregano grows. A lush lawn with palm trees, olive trees and other plants borders the pergola. The pergola gives you the opportunity to completely relax in a lovely environment. Sit down in the sturdy lounge chairs and listen to the chirping of the birds.
